Join us in cheering on our amazing Trustee, Tim, as he gears up for 'Tim’s Terrific Tramper Trip'. From July 5th to 13th, Tim will embark on an 100-mile journey along the South Downs Way on his trusty off-road mobility scooter, fondly named his "Tramper." Accompanied by his sister Rachel and an enthusiastic group of friends, Tim is set to make this adventure truly memorable.
Tim shares, “I am looking forward to days in the sunshine on the top of the hill in beautiful countryside driving a Tramper. I have learned that in many things in life big things are done by settling into a rhythm and keeping going. The rhythm of a meaningful long journey with friends and family is a beautiful thing which I am looking forward to very much.”
With a heartfelt commitment to the causes he's supporting, Tim adds, “I also care about the charities we are fundraising for – Designability, Stepping Stones, and the MSA Trust. Each of them is doing good work to support the lives of disabled people, and I have a personal connection to each of them.”
Tim and his terrific team have already logged an impressive 111.9 miles to prepare for this challenge. We invite you to follow their journey, share in their excitement, and, if you can, donate to these important causes. Let's support Tim in making this adventure as impactful as possible!
