Our Team

"The range of training, qualifications and expertise amongst the team reflects the wide variety of skills and expertise necessary to effectively support each child with special needs who attends our setting. Stepping Stones works as a multi professional setting and working alongside children and the team in the playroom will be a number of health professionals. Everyone is expected to listen, share opinions and ideas so that decisions regarding each child's support are understood and valued by the whole team.

We hold regular team around the child meetings to ensure we work co-operatively for each child and their family.."
